We are hiring.

1.Lead Analyst: BCBA, FL-CBA, LMHC, LSW

  • The Lead Analyst is involved in the implementation and evaluation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from the Clinical Director. The Lead Analyst applies professional training and experience to prepare and implement appropriate interventions for clients, revises assessments, supervises BCaBAs and carries out other appropriate assignments.

2. Assistant Behavior Analyst: BCaBA

  • The Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is involved in the implementation and evaluation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from the Lead Analyst or Clinical Director. The BCaBA applies professional training and experience to implement appropriate interventions for clients, and to carry out other appropriate assignments.

3.Registered Behavior Technicians: RBT

  • The Registered Behavioral Technician (“RBT”) is involved in the implementation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from BCaBA and/or Lead Analyst. The RBT applies professional training and experience to implement appropriate interventions for clients, and to carry out other appropriate assignments.Essential components of this position are listed below but are subject to change at the discretion of the company.  This job description describes the essential job functions, but does not provide an exhaustive list of duties that may be assigned.

Documentary Requirements:
  • Proof of legal status (US Passport / Residence / Employment Authorization Card)
  • Social Security Card
  • Driver License (original)
  • Physical Exam (Mantoux method tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray)
  • Resume with description of proficiency and ability to work (2 year minimum experience) (MUST include job description and contact information of each previous employment)
  • Educational qualification (Master / Bachelor / High School) & Transcripts/Translation (if needed)
  • Certificates (RBT/BcaBA/BCBA) or licenses (LMHC/LSWC) ORIGINAL
  • 3 Recommendation Letters
  • Training Certification (40 Hrs / 20 Hrs / 8 Hrs)
  • ID Provider Enrollment (NPI MUST be linked to each insurance provider/ for Medicaid, you MUST have your Medicaid portal log in the day of your interview)
  • Proof of car insurance
  • Car Registration
  • Level II Fingerprints
  • Local Police Records
  • 3 Recommendation Letters
  • Direct deposit (Bank Letter or Void Check)

In-Service Training Requirements:

  • HIV/AIDS/OSHA
  • HIPAA
  • Professional Crisis Management (PCM)
  • CPR And First Aid Training (Online Courses Are Not Accepted)
  • Security Awareness
  • Access To Civil Rights
  • APD Training- Direct Care Core Competencies (Course Id No. 1060050), Zero Tolerance
