1.Lead Analyst: BCBA, FL-CBA, LMHC, LSW
- The Lead Analyst is involved in the implementation and evaluation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from the Clinical Director. The Lead Analyst applies professional training and experience to prepare and implement appropriate interventions for clients, revises assessments, supervises BCaBAs and carries out other appropriate assignments.
2. Assistant Behavior Analyst: BCaBA
- The Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is involved in the implementation and evaluation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from the Lead Analyst or Clinical Director. The BCaBA applies professional training and experience to implement appropriate interventions for clients, and to carry out other appropriate assignments.
3.Registered Behavior Technicians: RBT
- The Registered Behavioral Technician (“RBT”) is involved in the implementation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes. This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from BCaBA and/or Lead Analyst. The RBT applies professional training and experience to implement appropriate interventions for clients, and to carry out other appropriate assignments.Essential components of this position are listed below but are subject to change at the discretion of the company. - Training Certification (40 Hrs / 20 Hrs / 8 Hrs)
